Tracking numbers are emailed to the address you entered when you placed your order as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

WARRANTY
Micro Nordic offers one (1) year’s replacement on all new goods and ninety (90) days’ warranty on all refurbished goods. The warranty is valid from the invoice date unless otherwise specified or agreed.
Customer must return the defective Equipment to Micro Nordic within ten (10) days of receipt of the Replacement Equipment. Micro Nordic will pay for the costs to ship any “Repaired or Replacement Equipment” to the Customer using Micro Nordic’s preferred carrier.
This warranty does not apply to any failure of the Equipment as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling, lack of proper maintenance, environmental factors, improper installation or configuration, flood, fire or other natural disasters, physical damage, electrical issues such as lightning, power surges or incorrect electrical voltages, or improper modifications. Micro Nordic will, without question, provide the Advance Replacement equipment in support of the Customer, but reserves the right to back charge for the repair or replacement as well as for the shipping costs of Advance Replacement equipment, at the then advertised price, where it has been determined that the failure of Customer equipment returned is due to above listed reasons not covered by the warranty.
This warranty does not apply to any new OEM branded equipment for which Micro Nordic is an authorized reseller or any new OEM branded equipment acquired for resale by Micro Nordic from an authorized reseller. Warranties for such equipment are provided solely by the manufacturer of the equipment. MICRO NORDIC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUCH EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHATSOEVER.
To the extent it is authorized, Micro Nordic will pass through to the Buyer any transferable warranties. Micro Nordic’s sole responsibility with respect to any such warranties is to provide Buyer with reasonable assistance in its efforts to have the manufacturer honor the warranties.
This warranty does not apply to any products purchased in wholesale transactions. This warranty does not cover software products, batteries, licenses or any services, including SMARTnet and other maintenance services. Micro Nordic disclaims any warranty, express or implied, for such goods and services, except as separately agreed to in writing by Micro Nordic.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, OR AS OTHERWISE AGREED TO BY MICRO NORDIC IN WRITING, MICRO NORDIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH REGARD TO THE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, SUITABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE REMEDY OF REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND, AS DETERMINED IN Micro Nordic’s SOLE DISCRETION, WILL BE THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY OF BUYER WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIMS BASED ON THE EQUIPMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL MICRO NORDIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF OTHER PROPERTY OR GOODS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE OR LOSS OF USE.
WARRANTY COVERAGE SET FORTH ABOVE TERMINATES UPON THE SALE OR TRANSFER OF THE EQUIPMENT BY BUYER TO ANOTHER PARTY.
The warranty does not cover:
Goods that the customer has attempted to modify or repair.
Goods that have become defective as a result of abuse or misuse of the goods.
External factors, such as lighting and fire.
Failure to observe environmental instructions (e.g. temperature and humidity).
Normal wear and tear and wearing parts (e.g. printheads, batteries etc.).
