Prices and payment
Unless otherwise specified, all prices exclude applicable state and sales tax.
All prices shown in the shop are non-binding. Prices are continuously updated. In the event of an incorrectly stated price, Micro Nordic reserves the right not to supply the goods at the price stated. Payment terms are either fourteen (14) days or thirty (30) days net from the invoice date. Credit Terms are provided for by our banking partner; a 2% interest will be applied to Invoices not paid by the due date; and processed for collection 35 days after Invoice Due Date.
Shipments
Goods that are in stock are usually delivered within two to three (2-3) working days. Delivery of certain goods coming from external stock may take up to ten (10) working days. Customers will be notified by e-mail of delivery times for goods that are out of stock. The shipment of goods to the Customer are paid for and insured by Micro Nordic USA. The Customer must notify shipper of any visible damage to the package at the time of receipt. Micro Nordic Sales must be notified within 24 hours in the event that goods are received in damaged condition.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Return Authorization (RMA) is required on ALL products being returned for ANY reason. An electronic RMA form is available at the link above – Micro Nordic will provide a response within 2 business days. Product returns, no matter the reason, must be shipped prepaid and insured by the Customer; Micro Nordic will NOT accept receipt of COD shipments.
Customers may return new or unutilized product within 5 days if returned unopened and in its original packaging. Micro Nordic may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% as well as for costs for shipping of product to Customer.
Warranty
Returns
Goods that are defective on delivery may be returned.
Claims must be made as soon as possible and within five (5) days of receipt of the goods. The return of goods can only take place on agreement with Micro Nordic’s sales and order department.
Micro Nordic cannot be held liable for operating losses, loss of profit or other direct/indirect losses resulting from goods supplied by Micro Nordic.
Micro Nordic sells goods exclusively to registered companies with a valid VAT number and is therefore not subject to consumer protection legislation.
If a customer is given written permission to return goods that are not defective, the goods must be returned to Micro Nordic no later than five (5) days after such permission has been given in a perfect condition and in the original packaging with a delivery note and copy of the invoice, undamaged and intact.
Micro Nordic applies a handling and return fee of 20% of the invoiced price of the goods and costs, if any, for the replacement of damaged packaging and defective goods. Returns must always be sent back in their original packaging accompanied by the delivery note and a copy of the invoice.
Webshop content
The webshop contains a high volume of data and prices that are continuously updated. Micro Nordic therefore reserves the right continuously to modify the information on its website.
Micro Nordic cannot guarantee that the website pages or linked pages are free of viruses and cannot be held liable for damage arising from such viruses. All website pages are solely subject to Danish law. All prices are non-binding. Micro Nordic reserves the right to modify, update or delete online pages without notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT Micro Nordic IS NOT THE MANUFACTURER OF THE EQUIPMENT OR THE AGENT OF THE MANUFACTURER. Micro Nordic SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO PURCHASER FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED DIRECTLY, INDIRECTLY, INCIDENTALLY OR CONSEQUENTIALLY BY THE EQUIPMENT, BY ANY INADEQUACY THEREOF OR DEFICIENCY OR DEFECT THEREIN, BY ANY INCIDENT WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, ARISING IN STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY CONTAINED HEREIN, THE EQUIPMENT IS SOLD BY MICRO NORDIC “AS IS” AND THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND PROVIDED BY MICRO NORDIC INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, DURABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT, OR PATENT, TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND MFP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. If the Equipment or any part thereof is new equipment, Purchaser acknowledges receipt of product warranty information provided by the manufacturer. Purchaser further acknowledges that its sole remedy for the breach of such warranty shall be against the manufacturer and not against Micro Nordic, and that any such breach shall not affect the obligations of the Purchaser to Micro Nordic hereunder.
The warranty does not cover:
Goods that the customer has attempted to modify or repair.
Goods that have become defective as a result of abuse or misuse of the goods.
External factors, such as lighting and fire.
Failure to observe environmental instructions (e.g. temperature and humidity).
Normal wear and tear and wearing parts (e.g. printheads, batteries etc.).
